Leadership is a constantly evolving practice; what worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. In this month’s episode, Dr. Tim Elmore and I continue our discussion on how, in order to be a great leader, one must be willing to step up to the challenge of a “both/and” perspective rather than stepping back into the stifling familiarity of “either/or” practices.

Our sponsor, [BELAY](https://belaysolutions.com/andy/), is offering a free download of their CEO’s latest book, Rise Up & Lead Well. In the book, Tricia Sciortino shares everything she’s learned in her journey from assistant to CEO about how to work successfully with an assistant.
